I have a concord grapevine that is need of severe pruning. The older couple that used to live next door to us would pick the grapes and make pies out of them for themselves and us as I did nothing with the grapes. I should prune it back now and see what happens. It was here before we moved in so I wouldn't be out any money if I totally killed it.

That pie looks SOOOOOO good!!! We've been trying to locate a grape pie for DAYS now!!! Everywhere we've been...they are sold out!! We have not ventured to Naples yet. But so far we've eaten quite a few Berry Pies, Apple Pies... Hey, I grew up near Lake Erie too...near Cleveland!

Oh, Katya, Those grapes, and the pie, look SO good! I'm trying to resist the urge to make one. The Concords are wonderful this year! We're busy eating the basketful we got at Joseph's, in Naples, today!
