I really like the first one of the boat…it looks as though the road goes right into the water. I also like the one of the grape vines. I took a bunch of “texture” pictures the other day, that I hope to post later today.
Bill, that 10 MPH sign? EGADS!!!! Even though my vehicle has auto 4 wheel drive, I found myself feeling just a tad uncomfortable when I tapped the brakes and the Explorer just kind of slid!!!! This little road was incredibly narrow, but as a Volvo approached the other direction, I found I was able to pullover to the right quite handily. Don’t know what I would have done on that descent, though! Phew!!!! Oh, and any faster, and the vehicle would have been embedded nicely in the TREES!!!
Terri, interesting question, although the Husqvarna I use seems to cut through just about anything effortlessly! I would love to have gotten that tree WITHOUT the chainlink, but it is situated inside a private community.

I vote for the road signs!
Great shots! That knotty tree is something else. Wonder if you could even get a chainsaw through it?
Carly, the road DOES go into the water!!! hehehe
