Wait No Longer!

daffodilssmall.jpg

How about that? The Daffodils are in full bloom! They have never all bloomed at the same time!

On the side garden between the house and garage, there is a single tiny little Jonquil announcing Spring!

This evening, I was out grilling steaks and enjoying the warm temperatures!  Yes, I know….put the camera down and attend to the steaks!

  • The daffodils are gorgeous. None here yet. Just coming out of the ground in ost places. Lilies too!

  • You do have extremes of weather, don’t you? Snow and then barbies in one easy leap!

  • It’s when you get the snow and barbie together that you start to worry!

An steak without a little charcoal doesn’t taste the same – even if I do take mine very rare.

  • Love the daffodils. I think I might have tulips that are getting ready to bloom…that is if the bunnies don’t eat them! My forsythia has started to bloom, but looks very pathetic right now with only a few blooms. It should be awesome in a couple more days.

  • Chris, the long-standing joke is that our weather is constantly changing, so much so that if one doesn’t like the current weather, they just wait a few minutes and it will change! The warm weather pattern we have been experiencing is quite unusual for this time of the year.

Bill, I LOVE grilling while the snow is flying around me! Makes one seem almost invincible!!!!

Dayna, I bet your spring harbingers will soon be blooming!

Carly, the forsythias are ablaze along the lake road. They are so “happy” looking. They add so much color to the pallet!!!!!
Yes, Grace! Hurray for spring…so long as it doesn’t heat up too fast!!
